Cancellation Policy

Session Booking:    - All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellation and Refunds:    - Please note that all session bookings are non-refundable.    - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we offer the option to reschedule your session (see next point). Rescheduling:    - If you need to reschedule your session, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.    - Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation (see next point). No-shows:    - If you fail to attend your scheduled session without providing prior notice or fail to reschedule within the required notice period, it will be considered a no-show.    - No-shows are non-refundable, and the session will not be rescheduled. By booking a session (or sessions), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
